Periodized means your training is built in deliberate, planned blocks — volume, intensity, and exercise selection shift on purpose as you progress, so your body keeps adapting instead of stalling out. It's the difference between a program that works for six weeks and one that keeps working for years. These programs will be periodized yearly with specific focus training blocks to help you overcome and grow physically and also minimize limiting factors to growth.

The goal is hypertrophy which means the focus will be on sustainably increasing strength and muscle size. Ladies, don't be intimidated though, this is typically the training approach we take for anyone who wants to "look fit/look like they workout" or want to be "toned." Every block is intentionally designed. This program will hit every major muscle group and will emphasize lower body growth (especially glutes) as well as back, biceps and shoulder development.

We take exercise selection and biomechanics seriously. Every movement is chosen based on how your joints and muscles function, and every variable is selected to produce a specific result.

Most coaches never learn anatomy or biomechanics. And if you don't understand anatomy, you don't actually know what or why you're doing what you're doing. You're just repeating exercises because someone once told you they work a certain muscle, not because you understand why it works or how to make adjustments when needed. Because of this, most programming is just random exercise combinations thrown together, not strategic selections genuinely built for specific stimulus or results. That's not what happens here. You deserve the best. Our programming is deeply rooted in real science: anatomy, biomechanics and intentional variable selection, built by a coach who understands how your body moves and responds. It goes far beyond the generic "push, pull, squat, hinge" templates you'll find everywhere. There's real value in knowing exactly what you're doing and why. Understanding your anatomy, how your body moves, and how it responds to specific stimuli changes everything about how you train. This is why education is a huge part of this subscription as well. There is value in knowing why you're doing what you're doing if you want to be intentional about your training. This is why workshops and events will be there to educate you on your body and life goals. Every piece of this program is intentional. Your time tis too valuable for anything less.
